New Year's Eve in Prague

Have you already decided where to spend New Year's Eve? Is it going to be an energetic dancing party, or a chilled, atmospheric place?
We did some scouting and came across some really good spots for enjoying final moments of 2015.

Before we get into it, though, few general words on Prague's New Year.
You should book stuff ahead. Trust us, it is not fun running around to find a warm place to celebrate and realizing everything is already full. Related to that, dress warm and get ready for a long night.
Finally, avoid the Old Town Square. It is a great, great place, we know. But New Year's Eve is not the time when you should go there. It is crowded and noisy, and this is not the way the square should not be experienced.

Now when we got that out of the way, let's move on to the fun stuff.

Boat Party Prague New Year's Eve

How about sailing into 2016. Sounds good, right? Well, you can do that with Boat Party Prague, and much more.
You are offered the cruise, unlimited drinking, visits to pubs and clubs, lot of dancing and meeting bunch of people. Sounds good to us.
It doesn't cost much, either - 70 EUR for the whole package.
Plus, not many better places to see fireworks than the Vltava river.

Are you into dancing? Then this extravagant party with is no.1!
Get ready for Pop, RnB, Latino and two floors of entertainment.

Prague Congress Centre's New Year's Eve Party 

How about partying in a congress centre?
This one is organized by the cool HANY BANY Club, and includes a lot. Many DJ stages, many music styles, many DJ.
The best place to see fireworks is super close, too. It's the Vyšehrad fort, just a few minutes away.
This one gets our vote, especially with its low price.

Cafe Neustadt New Year's Eve Party

A more relaxed party is expected at Cafe Neustadt. It is a quite nice place, with an cozy atmosphere and nice DJs.
For 12 EUR you get a present too, so this is definitely one to consider.

Palac Akropolis New Year's Party

Akropolis is a cult classic, a place that is many other things at the same time: club, theatre, gallery.
We know that heir NYE party will be great, offering two stages, welcome drinks and free entrance for girls before midnight.
The entrance costs 14 EUR and you are guaranteed to have great time. We will 🙂
